Cerbros WFM (Web File Management) is a small application written in PHP. This application is systematically integrated so that the user can easily customize the outcome. The application is written to work with MySQL database.

The system allows the administrator of the site to upload various files of different size and store them in a database. This makes the uploading safe since they cannot be executed. Furthermore, you will not require any "Write" permission set on any local directory which again is a great security measure.

The administrator of the site will also set a publishing date and time for each file. Once the publish time and date has been reached the particular file gets published and is made available for download on the main page.

All files are written such that, they are easily customizable and can be easily integrated into your site(s).
